What we collect.

No forms on this site

This site does not ask you for personal information. Accounts and bookings are made in the APX app at app.apxathletelab.com, which you reach from the booking buttons here.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. We do not record your screen, and PostHog does not keep your IP address. The analytics cookie is set only while you have not declined it in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing again.

Hosting logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the service.

How we use and share it.

We use analytics only to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Two providers process data from this site on our behalf: PostHog (analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us.

Children.

This site is meant for parents, guardians, and adult athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. A parent or guardian creates and manages accounts for athletes under 18.

Your choices.

You can decline analytics in the cookie banner or block cookies in your browser. California residents may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We keep analytics data for the period set in PostHog.
